Meditating on the beach
There are no special techniques neccessary to be able to meditate; no unique posture or breathing rhythm is required. Once you have mastered it you can meditate anywhere throughout any activity. Some individuals have been successful in reaching this altered state of mindful while checking out my sand meditation, maybe you too might understand this transformational state of awareness as you read on.
Sometimes meditation opens a door into the secrets of production. If we allow ourselves to pass through this door there is no telling what we might encounter on the other side. Do not end up being dissuaded if you have actually attempted to meditate in the past and not gotten any exceptional results. Meditation is a magical process and it may take awhile to discover how to peaceful your mind and open yourself to all the present minute has to offer you.
My meditation started while sitting on a beach. My hands were sandy. I rubbed my thumb and forefinger together feeling the grains of sand between them slipping away up until only a single grain of sand stayed. I could feel the shape of the grain of sand definitely as I rolled it backward and forward between my thumb and forefinger.
The longer I rolled the grain of sand about the more defined my awareness of the grain of sand became. The more in-depth my experience of the grain of sand became the bigger it appeared to be. While I could plainly feel the tiny grain of sand trapped between my thumb and finger roll about throughout the grooves and ridges of my finger prints the grain of sand appeared to be growing bigger and bigger as I pondered it.
The grain of sand continued to grow, incorporating the beach and after that the world. Before long the grain of sand had grown to a limitless size and it now incorporated all of production; yet I still held the tiny grain of sand between my thumb and forefinger, rolling it about across the grooves and ridges of my finger prints.
The small grain of sand was intimately connected to every part of creation and all of creation existed within it, even as it existed within my grasp. I communicated the grain of sand, familiar with its unlimited connectedness to whatever else; through the medium of the grain of sand I ended up being aware of my own boundless connectedness with all of creation.
The sand spoke with me of eternity. It told me tales about creation and the unlimited nature of our existence in production. From the grain of sand I discovered that every tiniest part of production is a living being experiencing creation and sharing at the same time where development makes everything manifest.
My meditation with a grain of sand constantly produced a feeling of intense happiness. It was an eternal meditation that went beyond the time and place where it began to continue throughout all of creation. From time to time I would go back to this meditation, immersed by the wisdom and experience of a single tiny grain of sand.
