Silva centering exercise – 3D

This is a 3D version of the Silva centering exercise which is a multi-effective relaxation method developed by Jose Silva. It can help you train your mind and body to relax down to deeper states of relaxation. This meditation can help you to strengthen your inner balance, intuition and senses. Can also work great for better sleep, health support, manifestation, law of attraction, and so much more.

This 3D version has the guiding voice flowing around you in 3D space. The background music and alpha soundwave tones are quite higher volumed. This might work better for those who have difficulty controlling their attention and focus.
